The Public Satisfaction Survey aims to measure the level of community satisfaction as service users and improve the quality of public service delivery. The Community Satisfaction Survey is carried out in accordance with the provisions in Permenpan RB Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey.
